What is Fire Explorer Post #83?

The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, the Jacksonville Brotherhood of Firefighters, and the Boy Scouts of America have partnered to sponsor the Fire Explorer Post #83.

 

This organization gives young men and women the chance to learn the skills that will help them prepare for futures in public safety, medical care providers, and of course, firefighting. They will get the chance to work with firefighters, visit stations, and get practical experience with some firefighting equipment.
